The S&P agency raised Ukraine's sovereign credit rating in foreign currency

The international rating agency noted that Ukraine had completed the restructuring of its distressed debt.

The long-term and short-term sovereign credit ratings in foreign currency have been upgraded to CCC+ / C ("stable") from SD/SD, ("selective default").
