During a conference in Lviv, Ukraine and the EU sign an agreement to establish an International Centre for the Prosecution of Crimes of Aggression against Ukraine in The Hague

This centre will help collect evidence to investigate the Russian crime of aggression — President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen.
She first announced the creation of this centre on February 2, 2023, during her visit to Kyiv.
Prosecutor General of Ukraine Andrii Kostin suggested that the centre would start working in the summer of 2023.
As a reminder, on March 3, the United for Justice conference dedicated to bringing the Russian leadership to justice began in Lviv. The conference was attended by prosecutors general of Ukraine's partner countries and representatives of international institutions.
