In Belarus, a fire broke out at an oil refinery, which is under the sanctions of Ukraine and the EU — Belarus Ministry of Emergency Situations

The fire started on the territory of OJSC "Naftan" in the Vitebsk region. The cause of the fire is unknown, a special commission will supposedly determine it.
