Kursk Governor reports alleged attack on Rylsk by Ukrainian drones

The Kursk region has reported an alleged Ukrainian drone attack on the city of Rylsk.

Governor Roman Starovoit wrote about it in his Telegram.

According to him, the city was attacked by drones twice. An administrative building was damaged. There were no casualties.
