Russians illegally transferred prisoner Iryna Danylovych from the temporarily occupied Qirim
On July 17, she was transported from the Aqmescit (Simferopol) detention centre to Krasnodar.
This was reported by the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets.
To recap, Danylovych is a civil activist detained by the Russians in April 2022. Since then, the woman has been held in captivity and without medical care, which has led to her developing an ear condition. "The 'court of first instance' sentenced Danylovych to seven years in prison on trumped-up charges of explosives possession.
On June 29, the 'court' considered an appeal against this sentence and reduced the term by one month. Now, the Russians want to transfer Danylovych to a penal colony, although the prisoner could not read the text of the 'court's' ruling. She still does not receive medical care, even though she has partially lost her hearing.

The Russians took Farhod Bazarov and Medzhyt Abdurakhmanov out of Qirim and brought them to the prison in Balashov.
This was reported to Crimean Solidarity by lawyer Edem Semedliaiev.
His defendant, Zekirya Muratov, is also held in this prison. He saw Bazarov and told him that Abdurakhmanov was in the prison's quarantine ward.
In March 2023, a Russian court sentenced Farhod Bazarov to 15 years in prison, and in May, it sentenced Medzhyt Abdurakhmanov to 12 years. The Russians prosecuted both of them in the so-called 'Aqmescit Second Group' case.
Jailers rob Kremlin prisoner Tymur Yalkabov
The security forces steal things from the Qırımlı and then claim that Yalkabov did not have them.
His wife, Aliie Mudzhabaieva, informed the Crimean Solidarity.
To recap, Qırımlı Yalkabov has been in Russian captivity since 2021. In 2022, a Russian court sentenced him to 17 years in prison.
Now he is in prison in the Ulyanovsk region. There, his hygiene items are missing. Prison staff claim that Yalkabov never had them.
The prisoner's hands are numb, and he has developed vitamin deficiency due to poor prison food. In addition, the lack of sunlight in the cell harms his health.
Moreover, the prison rules do not allow keeping the items transferred from the outside for more than five days. Therefore, Yalkabov cannot make full use of the items sent to him by his relatives.
The health of Kremlin prisoner Zevri Abseiitov has deteriorated over the year in the colony
He still has pain in his joints and kidneys due to the lack of medical care.
This was reported by the prisoner's wife, Fatma Abseiitova.
As previously reported, she has already spoken about the prisoner's health condition, but the situation has not changed.
Zevri Abseiitov also complains of high blood pressure and dental problems. At the same time, the guards treat him in the same way as other prisoners.
The Russians detained him in 2016 in the case of the so-called 'first Bağçasaray group of Hizb ut-Tahrir'. In 2018, a Russian court handed down a 'verdict' of almost nine years of illegal detention.
