Russians shot a civilian in Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi during the occupation —  the Main Department of the National Police in the Kharkiv region

The victim worked at the railway transport. Russians shot the man near his home. 

Police exhumed the body buried in a local cemetery to conduct a forensic examination.
