Four people were killed, the Interior Minister reports. Two people were injured and are undergoing medical treatment.
The shelling partially destroyed a gymnasium building and damaged 42 private houses, 18 outbuildings, a shop, power lines, a car, and solar panels.
On October 11, Russians shelled a gymnasium in Nikopol. The victims were employees of the educational institution.
