Switzerland did not allow Spain to re-export anti-aircraft guns to Ukraine

Back in January, the Spanish government requested permission to hand over two 35mm anti-aircraft guns to Ukraine.
Earlier, Switzerland vetoed requests from Denmark and Germany to send Swiss armored vehicles and ammunition to Ukraine.
