The situation with energy supply remains difficult in Ukraine - Zelenskyy

Currently, this situation is in 17 regions and the capital.

As of the evening of November 18, stabilization hourly schedules were in effect in most of the regions where outages continue. 

Emergency blackouts were applied mainly in the Odesa region and in Kyiv.
