The United States recorded the supply of artillery shells from North Korea to Russia — US Department of State spokesman Ned Price

The DPRK assures the weapons are sent to the Middle East or North African countries. 

For its part, the United States stressed that it would use all tools to counter the supply of weapons from North Korea to Russia.
