Ukraine and Papua New Guinea plan to establish diplomatic relations — the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba

During his visit to Cambodia and participation in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations summit, Kuleba had a telephone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Papua New Guinea, Justin Tkachenko. 

There are seven countries with which Ukraine has not established diplomatic relations.
