Ukraine will not issue permanent residence permits or consider applications for immigration permits to Russian citizens

The ban on applications applies to those Russian citizens who do not have relatives in Ukraine or do not work in Ukrainian companies and organizations.

Such measures are effective starting November 1 and throughout martial law.
