The USA lifted sanctions on some categories of Russian goods

These are Russian food products, seeds, fertilizers, reproductive materials for animal breeding, medicines and medical equipment.

A separate general license allowed the USA to carry out transactions with a group of companies "SEFE Securing Energy for Europe GmbH", which were subsidiaries of the Russian "Gazprom" - "Gazprom Germania GmbH".

The Kazakh subsidiary of the Russian Alfa-Bank, co-owned by the Russian oligarch Mikhail Fridman, was also excluded from the list of sanctions.
